By accessing or using the Sisserou OSINT Framework ("SOF", the "Service"), operated by Sisserou Digital Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

SOF is a curated, informational directory of open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools intended for lawful research, defensive cybersecurity, journalism, academic study and educational use.

You agree NOT to use SOF, or any tool referenced from it, to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right;
• Stalk, harass, dox, threaten or harm any individual or group;
• Gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks or data;
• Conduct mass surveillance of private individuals without lawful basis;
• Distribute malware, phishing kits or other malicious content;
• Infringe intellectual property, trade secrets or confidentiality obligations.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your activities comply with the laws of your jurisdiction and the terms of service of any third-party tool.

SOF aggregates references to tools and services operated by independent third parties. We do not own, host, control or endorse those tools and accept no liability for their availability, accuracy, legality, security or content. Use of any third-party tool is entirely at your own risk and subject to its own terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sisserou Digital Solutions Ltd, its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Service or any third-party tool referenced from it.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sisserou Digital Solutions Ltd from any claim, demand, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

The SOF brand, layout, design system and original content are the property of Sisserou Digital Solutions Ltd. Trademarks, logos and tool names referenced belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the revised version takes effect when posted on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Sisserou Digital Solutions Ltd's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts.
